Alex Sanders asked: I have formulated 10 conditions of intangible motivation of modern employees that I as a CEO keep an eye on:
- I love what I do
- I have all the resources to do it (material, time)
- My efforts are appreciated
- I can clearly see the results of my work
- I work with people from whom I can learn
- I am loved and respected by my leaders
- My life circumstances matter for my leaders
- My mistakes are treated with understanding
- I am not given offense
- A positive atmosphere within my team
